St. John's Church (Richmond, VA)
St. John's Church in Richmond, Virginia was the site of the Virginia Convention of 1775, attended by George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Here Patrick Henry inspired leaders of the revolution with his famous words, "Give me liberty...or give me death!"
